Why does my account status say "pending"?
After you register, your account status will remain "pending" until your email address is verified. Your email address is verified and your account validated once you click on the link in the email you receive from us. (This email will come from '760 REWARDS' or radiopromotions@kfmb.com) You will not be able to earn credits (points), claim any prizes or purchase raffle entries until your account status is valid.
I did not receive an email asking me to validate my account. What should I do?
If you did not receive an email from us, please send an email to radiopromotions@kfmb.com and we will validate your account for you. In order to ensure that you receive emails from us in the future, please add radiopromotions@kfmb.com to your contact list.
What should I do if I'm having trouble logging into my account?
If you're having trouble logging into your account, please try the following solutions:
- Make sure you are using the correct username and password. If you don't remember your username and/or password, use the 'FORGOT MY PASSWORD' link on the 760 REWARDS login box to reset your password.
- Clear your cache. Cache is a process that keeps track of what you have been doing recently. It saves you processing time when you repeat tasks; but sometimes it gets overloaded. Go to the bottom of this page for instructions on how to clear your cache.
Internet Explorer users:
- Check your security settings. Your internet security settings must be set to "medium". Go to the bottom of this page for instructions.
- Check your privacy settings. Your internet privacy settings must be set to "medium". Go to the bottom of this page for instructions.
- You may have to add us to your trusted sites. Go to the bottom of this page for instructions.
How do I earn credits (points)?
Go to the www.760kfmb.com website and click on the 760 REWARDS link. Enter your username and password in the login box. Once you've logged in, click on the link "EARN POINTS".
How do I use my credits (points) to earn Rewards?
There are three ways to earn rewards with your credits (points). You can redeem credits (points) for goods and services that are offered on the Shopping page, you can redeem credits (points) for entries into our RAFFLE Drawings and you can "BID" on rewards in a EBAY style auction. To access either the Shopping or Raffle page, log in and click on one of the categories located on the menu bar near the top of the page.
Shopping: All prizes on the shopping page are on a first come, first serve basis. The 760 REWARDS Shopping Page lists all of the available prizes and their associated credit (point) value. Once you have earned enough credits (points) to "purchase" the prize of your choice you may "buy" the prize by logging in and visiting the Shopping Page. Then just enter the quantity of the prize you want (please note, some prizes may have a quantity limit of 1 per member), and click "Buy". If you have enough credits (points), haven't exceeded the purchase limit, and inventory is sufficient, a page will come up which confirms your purchase and provides you with instructions on how to claim your prize (please see Claiming Prizes below).
Raffle: You can enter our RAFFLE as many times as you wish (as long as you have enough credits (points). To purchase an entry into the raffle of your choice, please visit the RAFFLE page, click on the raffle you'd like to enter, select the number of entries you'd like to purchase, and click the "Purchase Entries" button. Remember, the more entries you have in a raffle, the better your chances of winning!
Auction:
- When you place a bid, enter the maximum credits (points) you would be willing to pay for the auction item. The current high bid also represents a user’s maximum bid.
- The 760 REWARDS system compares your bid to those of the other bidders.
- Points are automatically debited from your account once your bid is placed. They will only be returned to your account if you are outbid by another member.
- If another 760 REWARDS member has a higher maximum, you'll be outbid. BUT, if no other bidder has a higher maximum, you win the auction item.
- If another 760 REWARDS member outbids you before the listing ends, you will NOT be contacted by 760 KFMB. It is the sole responsibility of the 760 REWARDS member to check the auction status.
- New 760 REWARDS members will be able to access the AUCTION feature 24 hours after registration.
- ALL BIDS ARE FINAL ONCE ENTERED (No bid retractions will be accepted).
I've purchased a prize, how do I claim it?
- To claim your prize, follow the instructions on the confirmation page.
- PRINT OUT THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL (if possible) and bring it with you to the station.
- ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED BY THE PERSON REGISTERED AS A 760 REWARDS MEMBER.
- PRIZES MAY NOT BE CLAIMED BY SPOUSES, FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS OR ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN THE REGISTERED 760 REWARDS MEMBER.
- ALL PRIZES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP 2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PURCHASE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON PRIZE CONFIRMATION.
*All prizes must be picked at the offices of 760 KFMB located at 7677 Engineer Road, San Diego, CA 92111, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON PRIZE CONFIRMATION.
- Station hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays).
- When picking up your prize, you must provide a valid CALIFORNIA STATE photo ID (Drivers License or Identification Card) OR State Issued Photo ID OR Federal ID. School ID's, Work ID's, and any other non-state/federal ID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A VALID FORM OF ID. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Prizes must be picked-up within 30 days of purchase - UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
- Prizes not picked up within 30 days from the date of purchase will be forfeited and CREDITS (POINTS) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- Member is always responsible to keep his/her 760 REWARDS account up-to-date with current information.
- If 760 KFMB deems that an individual has extreme circumstances and a prize is mailed out, 760 KFMB is NOT responsible if it is lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged. The prize will not be replaced with future prizes nor will credits (points) be refunded.
- Prize winners are responsible for any and all expenses associated with their travel to and from the 760 KFMB offices or other any location(s) associated with claiming a prize or award.
What do I need to play 760 REWARDS?
The 760 REWARDS program will run on any machine running Internet Explorer 7.0 or above. You will also need Internet access.
Can I join 760 REWARDS if I have a Macintosh computer?
The 760 REWARDS program can be played on any Macintosh running the latest versions of Safari or Firefox.

Netscape Users (must be using Netscape 7.0 or higher):
- Enter Netscape
- Edit
- Preferences
- Advanced
- Cache
- Clear memory cache
- Clear Disk cache
- Then Try again
Internet Explorer Users (must be using Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher):
- Enter Internet Explorer
- Tools
- Internet Options
- General
- Delete files - located in the "Temporary Internet File" section
- Then Try again.
If you are using AOL:
- You will need to clear you cache AND delete your "cookies"
- Click the Start Button in the lower left hand corner
- Click Control Panel
- Double click Internet Options
- Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files
- Click OK to delete files
- Next, to the right of delete files, click on Settings
- Click View Files (it may take a moment for the files to appear)
- Click the EDIT pull down menu at the very top of your screen
- Click Select All
- Click the FILE pull down menu at the very top of your screen
- Click Delete
- A warning box will appear, click YES
- Click X to close that window
- Click OK to close the next window
- Click OK to close the next window * Click X to close the Control Panel Window
- After you have cleared your cache, and/or deleted cookies, close all programs, shut down your computer and log on again.
